How would I pay for the products?
You can use credit cards and debit cards for purchasing.
At the moment, we accept those card payments via Paypal only.
Is this safe to use my credit card buying on your web site?
Yes, it is. We use Paypal for payment. It's one of the most secure and popular payments systems on the Internet. Once you have confirmed your purchase you will be redirected to Paypal, from there you enter you credit card details.

How long would it take to receive the product I paid?
It takes 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to dispatch an order after we receive your payment. It depends on your shipping preference. Standard post will take 10 working days. If you select DHL express mail, it will take 3-4 working days.
Why your standard shipping cost is higher than Royal Mail and taking longer to delivery?
Our R4 cards are directly from factory via Hong Kong. That is why you could buy them at a relatively low price.
Would I be billed by going through payment process, but not made my Paypal payment?
No, you will not be billed.
If I am not happy about the product, can I return it and get my money back?
Yes, you can. We have a guaranteed 14 days return policy. Please returen it with original packaging.
Do you sell any R4DS cards with games?
No, we don't. Although the R4DS cards have data transfer capacity, we do not encourage customers break any copyright law. Please use the equipments for copyrighted music and videos only.
